PERJUANGAN MUSEUM
Hello, we want to tell you about one of Museum in
Yogyakarta. Namely is Perjuangan Museum. In that day, my friends and I visit
Perjuangan Museum by motor cycle. After we arrived there we must to paying
ticket Rp. 2000,00 for all visitor. Perjuangan Museum located in Jl. Kol.
Sugiyo No. 24, Brontokusuman, Mergangsan, Kota Yogyakarta, Daerah Istimewa
Yogyakarta 55153.
Perjuangan Museum’s building entirely has the meaning and
the significance according to the establishment goals. The building is a
cilinder form its diameter is 30 meters and its height is 17 meter. The building’s architecture is the
combination of western model and eastern model . Western model is seen from the
building’s architecture on the top that look like the building at Rome in
Romani emperor period, whereas the eastern model is seen from the building
architecture that looks like temples in Indonesia.
The shape of Perjuangan Museum’s Building is cylinder
named “Ronde temple”. At the left and right of entrance door, there are makaras
that have the shape of sea animal. The top of building has the shape of
American steelhelmet and some ornaments, such as five sharpened bamboos
standing uprightly on the globe. Where as the globe is located above five strairs.
Guest Book
Museum Perjuangan was built on 29 June
1961. It was opennned for public in 17 November 1961. This gues book contains
impressions of messages by important guest.

Was used in the Boro hospital Kulon Progo
during independence day
Bed of Soekarno
Is bed was used by Bung Karno when exited
by the youth groups in Rengasdengklok events before Declaration of independent
Store Mortar
In Indonesian is Lumpang Batu. It was used
to prepare the logistics for TGP (Student Genie Army) when TGP occupied Mr
Mulyo Sawoyo’s house in Klangkapan, Margoluwih, Sayegan, Sleman as TGP
headquarter.
